OPWL Learning Goals


During my time at Boise State University completing a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL), I worked on projects and completed coursework that aligns with the ten goals of the program. The competencies achieved are demonstrated in the following OPWL Learning Goals document focusing on a team website evaluation project. The ten goals are as follows.


Rigorous

1. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is systematic.

2. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is systemic.

3. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is consistent with established performance ethics.

4. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is consistent with established professional standards.


Responsible

5. Align performance improvement solutions with strategic organizational goals.

6. Make recommendations that are designed to produce valued results.


Respectful

7. Collaborate effectively with others, in person and virtually.

8. Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and visual forms.


Reflective

9. Use evidence-based practices.

10. Contribute to the professional community of practice.
